Hey everyone
Ok one problem I have to deal with on a regular basis, is dealing with people who are overly dominant.
Now I understand the posistions of power, and I accept that its a useful posistion given the right situation, but I find quite a lot of the time people are causing a lot of problems in this posistion.
Dealing with people who always feel the need to be in charge is realy annoying. Ok overly dominant people realy annoy me. To me it always seems kind of egotistical.
I usually just dont surround myself with these people, but recently I have been working with some one who is a absolute pain in the ass. They act like there in charge, its kinda hard to put into words .
But these type of behaviour realy get my back up.
Also when they talk to me like a subordinate I could quite blissful beat the crap out of them.
I always prefer when people treat me as a equal, but I dont mind people being the dominant and I dont mind being subordinate. It just when people seem to only be able to operate in that way of thinking I cant tolerate.
In the community there is a idea goin round the more dominant you are the more people willlike and admire you. In my experience this is the total opposite.
How do I stop people doing this around me?
