I'm seriously considering signing up for this seminar before the price doubles, but given that it's my first one, I'm not sure about the hotel and location details. I'd be flying from Boston and would like to book my flight and hotel early.
Can anyone provide more details about where the location of the place is or is this something I get after I sign up?

I finally made up my mind to book the seminar and come!! Yes, it took too long and I should have booked when it was $600, but hey indecision will have to pay.
So I booked my flight, now I have a question about the hotel. How do I reserve it? Can I do it ahead of time, or do I have to wait till I get there? If I do wait till I get there, is the $99 rate guaranteed? What about the room?
Sorry, this is my first seminar so I have lots of questions.
