Reading through the steps in the London anchoring and rapport seminar, I wish to anchor 3 states into one physical anchor to assist with rapport. I want to anchor open, observant, and curious state to the same physical finger click.
I want to know should I anchor each of these states separately, or should I try to anchoring the overall required state for best results?
